- When you have a moment after the wedding, start by thanking friends for coming.
- Keep it light: “If you took any photos, could you share them whenever you have time?” Give people one upload link.
- For a reminder, thank the friends who have shared and briefly mention that any remaining photos are welcome.

Check before sending
- Replace the couple’s names and album link with the actual details.
- Send guests the upload link and send family invitations separately to the people who will view the album.
- Tell your emcee where the QR codes will be and when to make the announcement.
- For an event, include selection criteria, gifts and the closing date. Explain the privacy consent if you collect contact details.
