  3. When amending these Terms, the Company will announce the effective date and reason at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect. Changes unfavorable to Members will be announced at least 30 days in advance.
  4. If a Member does not expressly object before the amended Terms take effect and continues using the Service, the Member is deemed to accept the amended Terms.
  5. A Member who does not accept the amended Terms may terminate the service agreement.

Article 4 (Formation of the Service Agreement)

  1. The service agreement is formed when a Member agrees to these Terms, completes the registration process prescribed by the Company, and the Company approves the registration.
  2. Registration is available only through Google or Kakao login.
  3. The Company generally accepts registration applications but may reject or later terminate an application in any of the following cases:
    • Another person’s information is used or false information is provided.
    • Registration is requested for a purpose that violates applicable law, public order, or accepted social standards.
    • The application may interfere with operation of the Service.

  5. A Paid Plan is applied to the Member’s account immediately after payment approval, and the expiration dates of the Member’s non-deleted Events are recalculated under the new Plan. The Service does not provide Plan downgrades.

Article 8 (Service Availability and Suspension)

  1. In principle, the Service is available 24 hours a day, year-round. All or part of the Service may be restricted or suspended for unavoidable reasons such as maintenance, server expansion, communications failures, third-party platform failures, or natural disasters.
  2. The Company will endeavor to provide advance notice of an expected suspension. Notice may be provided afterward when advance notice is impractical, including emergencies.
  3. The Company may modify or discontinue all or part of a free service under its policies and may provide no separate compensation unless required by applicable law.

Article 9 (Member Obligations)

Members must not:

  1. Misuse another person’s personal information, account, or payment information.

  5. Upload or distribute photos, videos, or information that violates law or another person’s rights.
  6. Upload illegally recorded material, obscene material, child or youth sexual exploitation material, hateful or discriminatory content, or other content prohibited by law.

  9. Otherwise violate applicable law, these Terms, or operating policies.

Article 10 (Uploaded Content and Rights)

  2. The Member is responsible for operating the Event and collecting photos and may choose how to distribute the QR code or link.
  3. Rights and responsibility for Uploaded Content remain with the person who uploaded it.
  4. The Company may store, reproduce, and transmit Uploaded Content as needed to provide, operate, maintain, back up, sort, generate thumbnails, convert formats, and display the Service.
  5. The Company may delete, hide, or restrict content suspected of violating law, rights, system stability, or operating policies.
  6. Content uploaded by a Guest Uploader may be viewed, selected, and downloaded by the Member who created the Event.

  2. The price, discount, scope, period, features, and limitations shown on the payment screen or separate information page apply.
  3. The Company processes payments through the Toss Payments Co., Ltd. payment widget and payment confirmation API.
  4. Before payment, Members must review the Paid Plan’s content, price, retention period, capacity, watermark removal, and refund terms.
  5. After payment approval, the Paid Plan is applied to the Member’s account immediately. Application may be delayed if payment approval cannot be verified or an error occurs, and the Member may contact customer support for confirmation.
  6. Toss Payments processes payment-method information directly. The Company stores the order ID, payment key, purchased Plan, amount, payment status, and approval or failure records.

Article 13 (Cancellation and Refund Policy)

  1. The free Basic Plan is not eligible for a refund.
  2. Paid Plans are digital services. Members may request cancellation or a refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  3. A Member may request a full refund through customer support within 7 days after payment. The Company will review actual use of the following Paid Plan benefits and process the request under applicable law:
    • Creating albums or using storage beyond the Free Plan limits
    • Uploading, viewing, selecting, or downloading media
    • Extended retention, watermark removal, or another Paid Plan-only feature
  4. If the Member actually uses a Paid Plan benefit listed in paragraph 3 and provision of the digital service has begun, cancellation or a refund for a change of mind may be restricted or unavailable under applicable law.
  5. Because a Paid Plan applies to the Member’s account, deactivating or deleting an Event or changing its date does not cancel Paid Plan benefits already used or independently create a right to a refund.
  6. The Service does not provide automated refunds. Refund requests must be submitted through customer support.
  7. The Company may provide a refund or equivalent measure in any of the following cases:
    • The Company is responsible for being unable to provide the Paid Plan.
    • The paid service materially differs from what was represented or advertised.
    • A system failure, error, or technical defect attributable to the Company prevents normal use of the Service.
    • A refund is required by applicable law.
  8. Refunds are generally issued through the original payment method. If that is impossible, the Company may use another reasonable method.
  9. Refund requests must be submitted through customer support or another method designated by the Company. The Company will provide the result within a reasonable period.
  10. Refunds are generally processed within 7 business days unless special circumstances apply. Actual completion may vary depending on the payment provider, payment gateway, or financial institution.
  11. The payment screen or a separate notice may state that a Paid Plan is a digital service applied to the account immediately and that cancellation or refund may be restricted after actual use of Paid Plan benefits.

Article 14 (Data Retention and Deletion)

  1. The Company may retain Event data, Uploaded Content, and download history under its Service operating policies.
  2. Under the current Plan policy, Events remain accessible for the following periods from the Event date. If an Event is created or a Plan is upgraded after the Event date has passed, the period starts at creation or upgrade:
    • Basic Plan: 7 days
    • Standard Plan: 30 days
    • Premium Plan: 90 days
  3. Existing Members subject to the previous Plan policy may see periods of 7, 90, or 180 days in the Service. The expiration date displayed to that Member applies.
  4. Storage capacity and the number of albums for each Plan are the amounts shown in the Service or at payment.
  5. Members must download and back up required photos and data before the retention period expires.
  6. When the retention period expires, access to the Event is restricted. Expiration alone does not automatically permanently delete stored files and related records; they are permanently deleted when a deletion request is processed or during operational cleanup.
  7. Permanently deleted data cannot be recovered.

Article 15 (Service Restrictions and Termination)

  1. If a Member violates these Terms or applicable law, the Company may restrict Service use or suspend or terminate the account after notice, or without prior notice in an emergency.
  2. The Company may restrict access to an account or Event when:
    • An infringement report is received.
    • There are signs that illegal content has been uploaded.
    • Abnormal traffic or an automated attack is detected.
    • A restriction is necessary to protect Service stability.
  3. A Member may request termination or account deletion at any time through customer support. The Service does not currently provide automated account deletion.
  4. Information that must be retained under applicable law or these Terms may remain stored for a certain period after termination.

Article 18 (Intellectual Property)

  1. Copyright and intellectual property rights in the Service, screen composition, UI/UX, logos, designs, and software belong to the Company or the lawful rights holder.
